Thea holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Monash University and an MSc in Public Policy and Administration (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics.
She joined the CPI team in 2022.
Early in her working life, Thea worked as a lawyer, then as a public servant, and later at Nesta.
Thea also served as a Director of Stand Up for eight years and as a Director of Malthouse Theatre.
A proud parent of three children, she is passionate about supporting individuals in and around government to challenge existing practices and explore new approaches that better meet the needs of people, communities, and the planet.
In her personal life, Thea enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, staying active through swimming, walking, and Pilates, and engaging with theatre, dance, and art when time allows.
