Global Manager – Finance & Operations
Ruchi is a Commerce graduate and completed her education from Calcutta, India. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by profession, and at CPI, her professional qualifications form the base for this role.
Ruchi joined the CPI team in 2023.
During the Covid pandemic, while working with her previous organisation, Ruchi was voluntarily working to ensure food supplies for all the healthcare staff and other essential staff across all the government hospitals in Mumbai, thus ensuring two Lakhs meal over a period of four months.
Ruchi worked collectively with few team members of her previous organisation to raise funds worth 7-8 million as philanthropic funds (CSR funds in India) to support hospitals, other important government insitutions to channelise these funds for better facilities and fight Covid, set up Oxygen plants and oxygen supplies to hospitals.
She also did a crowdfund, raising and collecting donor funds to distribute 1 million sanitary napkins in tier 2 cities of Maharashtra to support and work on menstrual hygiene.
Ruchi has worked to optimise some of the financial processes at CPI
In her leisure time, Ruchi enjoys networking, spending time with family and friends, watching movies, doing yoga, eating desserts and yummy food and dancing!
