Programme Manager
Jess was awarded a Masters of Public Policy and Governance and graduated with Excellence from the University of New South Wales.
She also achieved a Bachelor of Management, majoring in events from the University of Technology.
Jess worked as a Programme and Research Manager at Next25, and as an Event Coordinator at Camp Quality.
Jess joined the CPI team in 2022.
Jess is passionate about government, and finding ways for government to do better and be more adaptive and human(e) in the increasingly volatile, complex world we live in. She oves how CPI embraces unconventional ways of working and thinking – because we know the conventional approaches don’t work!
In her leisure time, Jess enjoys being outdoors, specifically enjoying the camping and van life experience in Australia.
