Jane holds a B.A. in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University and an MPA from the London School of Economics.
A formative course she took during Her Master’s programme, ‘Applying Behavioural Economics for Social Impact: Design, Delivery, Evaluation and Policy’ informs to this day how she thinks about co-design & ignited her interest in behavioural science.
She joined the CPI team in 2022.
During Jane’s Masters program, she worked with a group of folks advocating for diverse and inclusive curricula in their department. After a lot of research and a lot of conversations with students, faculty, and others in the Department, the group released an audit of the current curricula and recommendations to improve students’ learning experiences. She is so proud of how this laid the groundwork for change and future student advocacy.
Jane deeply believes in the power of relationships and bringing people together. She is passionate about how relationship-building and collaboration can strengthen governments’ approaches to complex challenges like climate change.
From working with cities in the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, Jane has witnessed how new relationships within government and with folks outside of government can transform how local government operates and better meets residents’ needs.
In her leisure time, Jane enjoys cooking all sorts of things; reading fiction, especially sci-fi; being outdoors and playing tennis & ultimate frisbee; playing card games with friends; watching the tv show ‘Top Chef’.
