Programme Director, CPIE
Harriet has a Masters in Leadership and Improvement for Health and Social Care, a DipHE in Midwifery, and is currently completing a DipHE in counselling and psychotherapy, as well as being an accredited business coach.
Harriet joined the CPI team in 2022.
Harriet worked as faculty on a UK wide Masters level programme to develop leaders in health and social care, established and ran an internal organisational development consultancy in the Scottish Government, and currently works as a volunteer counsellor half a day a week
Harriet is passionate about CPI’s work as a learning partner to people in public services who are working to reform how they work with citizens to support them to flourish.
For example, she worked alongside the Public Health and Community participation teams in Lancashire City Council, supporting them to improve outcomes for children with poor oral health. The team she worked with were so passionate about really working in partnership with the families they seek to serve, and passionate about redesigning things so that what people really want and need can be heard and responded to.
In her leisure time, Harriet loves being outside and in nature, mainly through gardening, cycling and walking. She also enjoys being with friends and family, and loves to host a get together over good food and wine.
