Félix holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and Sociology from McGill University. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from Columbia University, specialising in Social Entrepreneurship and International Social Welfare.
He joined the CPI team in 2022.
Prior to CPI, Félix worked in fundraising for two nonprofits focusing on entrepreneurship internationally, KickStart International and Resolution Project, prior to CPI.
He’s also a Student Mentor with iMentor NYC, supporting a high-schooler with college applications and career exploration.
At CPI, he is passionate about building Trust and legitimacy in governments through equitable community engagement and inclusive practices. Félix is also passionate about elevating marginalised voices and dismantling white supremacist culture in government.
In his leisure time, Félix enjoys exploring new places with his wife and keeping up with rugby no matter where he is.
