Our work exploring Human Learning Systems (HLS) has highlighted the need to shift from linear and individualistic leadership models to collaborative systems stewardship, where power and decision-making are reimagined.

This isn’t easy! Even though there is an aspiration to work collectively and often a compelling vision of how things could be, leaders find it challenging to move out of silos; let go of familiar patterns, take risks, trust others; share resources and all the other work that needs to happen to move from an individual to collective approach.
